"Was ok… if you are going with kids it would be better to stay at property not in downtown San Juan…the beach near the hotel was ok… but there are a lot of prettier beach… hotel itself was nice room was very small…"

We wished the whole trip could have been at La Concha Resort! The room was very comfortable, the view outstanding, the restaurant choices excellent, the beach FABULOUS! Couldn't ask for better!"

"All of the staff was super friendly! My room was clean but bathroom could use a little more attention. Nothing that bothered me but just needs a bit more scrubbing. The location is very convenient! Plenty of places to eat/drink that are walkable as well as Condado beach & La Placita. Short Uber to Old Town San Juan. I had the breakfast 1 morning & it was ok but went out the other mornings of my stay. My AC worked great which was nice for that hot & humid San Juan heat!"

"Great location for walkable restaurants and sites, ocean view room was fantastic, very clean, pool was very small but area was private and aesthetically pleasing. Located conveniently across from a pharmacy to get necessary items. Beach towels and oceanfront umbrella/chair service was a nice touch for people traveling by plane and without usual beach gear. Also super convenient to have Hertz car rental desk in the lobby for the second half of our trip outside the city."

"Cristobal was incredibly accommodating of an unexpected additional night and also very helpful in making recommendations for how to enjoy the city. The room was quiet and safe, the ac was cool, bed and shower adequate, and the rooftop terrace was a welcome outdoor space for relaxing. Very conveniently located, in an enjoyable neighborhood, and parking was only a slight challenge on Saturday night. "
