You can visit the TCL Chinese Theater, the famous movie palace on the Walk of Fame, a mile from the Hollywood Bowl. Also a mile away is Madame Tussauds Hollywood on Hollywood Boulevard. About 2 miles from the bowl you’ll find Universal Studios, one of the most famous and active studios in Hollywood. It offers a theme park, guided tours, shops, and restaurants. Shopping, dining, and outdoor concerts are all on offer at the Hollywood & Highland shopping emporium, home to the Dolby Theater, a 20-minute walk away from the Hollywood Bowl. Sunset Strip is 4 miles from the bowl.

How to get to Hollywood Bowl

The Hollywood Bowl is just off the 101 Freeway in Hollywood on Highland Avenue. Traffic can be heavy, especially in the evening, and parking at the bowl is limited. From Universal Studios, take the Metro Red Line to Hollywood/Highland station and walk about 15 minutes from there. Or you can take the Bowl Shuttle bus which drops you at one of the venue's shuttle lots. The Metro Bus service also provides transportation to and from the Hollywood Bowl, while a Park & Ride system allows you to park in the neighborhood where you're staying and ride directly to the Bowl.
