To be a Westin property I was shocked how portly the selection was and stock levels. We come to Cleveland once a year and if we stay again there I’ll be better prepared!"

"This is a contemporary hotel in a historic building in the heart of downtown Cleveland. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side due to the age of the building. The beds are very comfortable. In spite of its location on a busy street, the rooms are quiet."

We had a complimentary breakfast which was also very good and the dining area was spotless. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Cleveland."

"I've stayed at the Metropolitan swveral times. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very nice and clean. I have never had the breakfast, but the reataurant has very good food, and LOVE the Vault! Great atmosphere and the drinks are always very, very good!"

"Great place to stay if your are going to a game at Progressive Field. Literally across the street. Would have liked Heinz Ketchup but they served something local. The pool has a patio that is accessible to the outside. Breakfast buffet ok if included but not great if your ar paying."
