"We were there to work at the AMA Supercross races held in Huntington Bank Field. It was a convenient 1/2 mile walk to the stadium which was perfect for logistics. The interactions with various staff were pleasant and informative. The room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was very nice. We would definitely stay there again."

"I believe one of their names was Trinity but we arrived friday 4/3 around 3pm and both desk agents working at that time were amazing and went above and beyond. My wife and i were in town for the home opener and really enjoyed our stay. Everything in that building was perfect and i dont think ill be staying anywhere else in Cleveland anymore!"

"The check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options, including hot breakfast and the options changed a little bit from one day to the next. It was a good location for us because we were visiting the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame Museum, which was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The area around the hotel itself was a little bit deserted, and a little bit shady but other than that, it was fine."

"Centrally located in downtown Cleveland 0.2 Miles’s from Progressive Field with many choices of restaurants and bars. Nice lobby in hotel to relax with large table and couches to relax on. Would definitely go back on our next trip! Parking for $55 per day allows you to use car throughout the day with paying again if needed."

"I've stayed here before and brought my family for a baseball game and to explore the city. Love the location. It's at an intersection of the city, lake, and river, so quick access to each. When we arrived, the staff was very warm and welcoming. It was a pretty quiet hotel. Cleaning staff did a great job too. We especially liked having access to a pool table. It was a nice small touch which went a long way for us. Fantastic visit. Only hotel we'll ever use in Cleveland."
