The Ohio Stadium is easy to reach by both car and public transport. If you're driving, it's a block from the Olentangy Freeway and 2.3 miles from I-71. It's also served by the COTA bus network, which stops close to all entrances and is the easiest way to explore the rest of downtown Columbus. There's no Amtrak service nearby, however the Greyhound bus stops on East Town Street, 4.6 miles south of the stadium.
