All of the staff from the grounds men and gardeners, cleaners, concierge, bar staff were so so friendly and helpful. Service was like nothing I have EVER experienced. "It is a nice place to stay. We were in a king room with club access. My main issue was the room was very musty smelling. As we were only staying for one night to give it a try it was okay. However I could also hear the people above us which was annoying at night. The resort is beautiful and the beach clean for a tourist area. The staff lovely. I would come back for a night or two."
"Mum and I went there to celebrate her 86 years old birthday. The room was well decorated with complimentary birthday cake, fresh coconut and a birthday card. Staff at the hotel are very friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a very nice Sunday brunch at starfish Bloo with lots of seafood and all staff sang birthday song that made a memory birthday for my mum. We went to starfish Bloo for birthday dinner the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!!!"
"Love the location being across from the beach and also convenient to have everything you need right outside the hotel from cloths shopping to entertainment, lots of restaurants and bars and so many spas for that anytime pamper or much needed massage to chose from. Large breakfast selection that cater for any picky eater and lots of healthy choices also. Room was comfortable and clean but the only thing I could fault are the tiniest little bugs possibly ants that we noticed on our second last day on the benches, probably there the whole time but being that tiny were not noticeable then our last morning husband dropped the tv control and after reaching for it under the bed at 2am had these tiny crawlers up his arm so jumped into shower to get them off. We totally forgot to mention this when we checked out"
