Tampa Convention Center Introduction

Overlooking the mouth of the Hillsborough River, the Tampa Convention Center is in one of Downtown Tampa's most attractive locations. Visitors are treated to views of both Tampa Bay and the city's glittering skyline during any of the 300 events put on at the center each year. Open since 1990, the venue includes an exhibition hall, a ballroom, and 36 meeting rooms. Ten of the meeting rooms have full views of the waterfront, where there's a large choice of places to eat and drink. One of the highlights is the Sail, a 360-degree bar on the riverwalk.
