"Nice place "

"The staff were incredibly kind, observant and helpful. The room was very clean. Shower tiles could use some maintenance, but they were clean. The Three Owls restaurant/bar was excellent, although severely understaffed. But those working were very nice, and the food and drinks were excellent. I will definitely be returning, and I will recommend to friends and family."

"The staff was great & room was perfect. We stay here on aometimes on our anniversary when we want to celebrate in KC. Lots of dining options and central to everything, especially the art museums and the Country Club Plaza. The Kemoer Museum of Modern Art is right next door. "

"Room was very clean and comfortable, and I had no trouble finding places to plug in my chargers. Wi-Fi was strong and worked well - I streamed a movie on my iPad via AppleTV and there were no issues with my internet connection at all. My stay in Kansas City had to be extended so I made a second reservation with this same property. Breakfast was well laid out. I'd definitely stay here again if I needed to return to this area."
