"So disappointed, as I've stayed at Baymont hotels before. The toilet seat was completely broken and just balanced on the toilet. The TV was not hooked up - all the cords were a tangled mess and just laying on the TV stand. The connector for the HDMI cable was broken, so there was no way to fix it. There was no soap to wash your hands, aside from the body wash. The shower all the way on hot was barely warm this morning at 5am. (I'll give that one a pass, because 10 minutes after I checked in last night, the power went out, due to storms, so perhaps that wiped something out). While the power outage was not their fault, there were zero backup lights in the halls - just a few red exit signs. Walking down four flights of stairs in the dark wasn't terribly fun. Overall the room was dirty, dingy and in disrepair. The tub leaked and when I used a towel to soak up the water, the towel was immediately dark grey/brown with dirt and filth from the floor. I'm not a complainer, and got in late, so I chose to just go to sleep and let them know about the room at check out, so they could clean and fix it, but when I went to check out, I was told to just leave my key card on the counter, without being asked how the stay was. There was another person checking in, so I just left. I did ride the elevator down with another couple and they voluntarily expressed their disgust at their room, so I don't think mine was an exception."
