"We stay here sometimes between Cancun and Tulum when our flights get in late or leave early. Its right off the highway and has parking. Rooms are basic, but clean and everything works. There is a restaurant open late right behind the hotel, an Oxxo next door, and a mall across the street. Price performance is good."

"Good sized 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with 2 balconies in a quiet, nice residential area 10 minutes to downtown. Property Manager Leonardo spoke perfect English and was very friendly and helpful. Apt needs some updating but it was perfect for my sister and me. Please note that the kitchen is lacking a lot of items, ie. bowls for cereal or salad, salad/mixing bowls, can opener, toaster, food storage containers for leftovers . "We just returned from a wonderful stay at Playacar Palace. Staff, facilities and food was incredible. Location is great - walk to Cozumel ferry with free access to Cozumel Palace hotel - just show your Palace hotel bracelet. Resort credits were very helpful for spa and dolphin swim. Only downside was the lack of beach but everything else made up for it. "

"The pools were great for the kids, with plenty of options from quieter spaces and more active areas. The beach was nice, but there was a lot of seagrass. We were still able to swim. The guest services staff of Melisa, Mar, Majo, and Zyanya made us feel like VIP's for the entire trip.
