The staff helped me with a tech issue. They're all super friendly and helpful. I loved that the heating was always on full blast, especially since it was freezing outside. The room's pretty basic, but everything was clean. The only trouble is the shower; you can manage it, but you gotta be careful not to splash water...

"Though I was five hours too early, they allowed me to check in with no problems. The two big screens in the lounge area are also wonderful and I was able to watch both Premier League matches at the same time. Arsenal are PL champions. Heeeeeheeee!!"
