The shuttle driver was very prompt and friendly when she picked me up (and dropped me back off at the airport) and had no problems accommodating my large trade show baggage. Front desk staff was very friendly as well - I lost an earring and they didn't hesitate to help me look for it in the lobby and let other staff know (found it!). Met Maria, the manager - kudos to her for not only being friendly herself, but training...
