"We had to move due to the noise. New room the patio door didnt close properly,reported and never fixed. Phone also broken and not repaired. The evening entertainment is very loud and goes on past midnight. Not a relaxing time. Booked an excursion through the hotel and picked up 45 minutes late. Stopped at 2 unplanned destinations and arrived at the destination we wished to visit and only got 30 minutes there as we had to make the 30 minute trek back to the minibus. We then ended up back at the hotel 30 minutes early Reported it at the hotel. No feedback."

"Very nice hotel, in good location.Nice modern and big rooms.It’s an all inclusive resort with good food, three restaurants and few bars with good drinks.The common areas like swimming pools, gardens lobby just great.And the hotel staff very helpful, polite and always smiling making the whole experience even better.Definitely recommend."

"We had an amazing stay at your hotel apart the waiter at your restaurant was very unprofessional and treated us not too good and we had to leave the restaurant and had our dinner at the restaurant next door the Paragose at Argana so on our way back to the hotel complained to the hotel reception about his behaviour .other than this all the staff are amazing and the hotel is beautiful I would recommend to anyone to stay there. Thanks Million.H"

"The bedrooms and bathrooms clearly need renovation. The bedding and towels were very old, and although they were white, they appeared yellowish in colour. We requested fresh towels, but the replacements were in the same condition. There was also no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee, which was inconvenient."

"I found the hotel to be very welcoming this was my second visit and I must say what makes this hotel is the staff, special shout out to Mehdi, Ismail, Ayoube, Aymane and Abderahim always had a smile on their faces and as a solo traveller always open to chat. The reason I gave 4* instead of 5 is I don't feel the rooms are of 5* quality. My room was always spotless just like the rest of the hotel. Paul"

"On paper the hotel looks great and the the entrance and foyer are impressive. The room was quite nice, and spotlessly clean, but, as mentioned by others, is let down by poor maintenance, e.g., toilet seat hanging off. The rooms are also quite noisy, lacking any sound insulation. The food was on the whole reasonable, but much of the same as the week went on. The snacks were poor and there was no way to get a decent coffee. The pool area is lovely, but not if you like it quiet and peaceful, as there were games and entertainment going on often. However the private beach is right in front of the hotel. The hotel staff and all the people in Agadir were lovely, friendly and helpful. For people and families who would enjoy the games and activities the hotel should appeal and is in a great location. "
