"I don't know what some other folks expect from an airport hotel, but what I want is convenience, cleanliness, ease of check in and out and a room set up for travelers on the go.
Which is exactly what we got! The front desk was helpful and welcoming (Michael, I think) and clear with instructions and information. He even helped us book a car for 5 people and notified us when it arrived so we could wait inside!
The room was small and basic, and clean. Air-conditioning worked well, water pressure and temperature was great, towels and sheets fine. The real treat were the multiple charging ports - on the desk, on each side of the bed - perfect for two people with 5 devices between them.
Our floor had ice, vending for snacks and drinks and a nice outdoor terrace called a spa.
Sadly, the two hot tubs out on that terrace were empty, but honestly, I don't know if we would have gotten in and then pondered what to do with wet bathing suits when we got out. Oh, wait! - There's also a laundry on that floor. (Bring your own soap if washing, or maybe ask at the front desk.)
Breakfast was included and had standard steam tray options. Espresso drinks were not included but you could buy them across the hall. There's a small bar that makes strong drinks.
One negative in our room was the fan in the bathroom. It was the little engine that couldn't, stuttering and whining as it tried to work (302 for the staff to know.) But the mirror lit up so we didn't need to use the overhead light."
