"The Omni William Penn was absolutely old school elegant. The property was gorgeous and well cared for. There was a reasonably priced parking lot which we selected instead of valet parking. The location was wonderful with many great restaurants nearby. It was our first visit to Pittsburgh and the Omni William Penn was one of the many highlights of our trip. Treat yourself to memorable elegance!!!!"

"Place was dark and dingy. No ac, middle of the summer. They had portable AC units that didn’t work. Washing machine didn’t work, door wouldn’t lock Tv Internet went in and out, out more than in. Place wasn’t very nice"
