"J…. At the front desk was cordial and professional. I was checking in my disabled sister and her disabled housemate. I truly appreciate his above-and-beyond service. He provided extra pillows as my sister cannot sleep when lying flat. Also, my sister does not read and write beyond first-grade sight words. When I alerted him that I was sending pizza delivery, he insured that the pizza went to their room. I truly wish that I had written his name in my journal. I do recall his name began with “J”. "Due to an ice storm, we found ourselves needing to stay at the Courtyard. The staff was helpful, considerate and accommodating. While not ideal circumstances for us, we were fortunate to find a clean room and a place to stay that that was inviting. "
