"Really nice hotel overall specially good value for money, good location (situated right in the city and very close to Casco Viejo), spacious/bright/modern/clean room, good facilities (nice pool, big gym, decent restaurant/entrance area), good customer service from the staff, alright breakfast included too. Really recommend if you’re staying in Panama City for a few nights."

"Just a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is very tasteful- the pool area especially. Has a classy feel. Food in the restaurant on site was great and every interaction with the staff was very nice. Centrally located too!"

"Friendly staff and the bed was very comfortable as usual. Breakfast was good and I noticed the restaurant was remodeled to a modern esthetic. It was an overall good stay and I will be staying there again on my next trip to Panama."

"They stay were extremely courteous to us. A little delayed check in but we were able to store our luggage and use their facilities. El Panama is one of my favorite places to stay… so many memories here. "

"Great value and location!! Breakfast was great with a large selection to meet anyone’s tastes. Quiet and peaceful with a comfortable bed!! Close to restaurants and walkable to Casco Viejo. Metro station very close by so easy access to airport and shopping!! "

"A great stay from beginning to end. The staff were so welcoming, the breakfast was plentiful and varied, the pool cooled us off, our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel was located within walking distance to the malecon, Our Lady of Mount Carmen, English churches, shopping, the metro and many excellent restaurants. It was a short uber ride to the Panama Canal and Casco Veijo."

"The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I really appreciated the large shower, fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. The location is a short walk to the Iglesia del Carmen train station, restaurants and coffee shops. "

"Will be back. Great hotel right in the heart of the city. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Room was a little bit outdated."

"Hidden gem in Panama. I had a great room with lots of space and comfort. Will stay there again."

"Very clean and quaint hotel. The staff were very friendly. The Congrejo area is nice and safe and within walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shops. 10 minute $5 uber ride to Casco Viejo. I rented a pick up truck and they have lots of free parking in the side lot that’s roomy and safe. I was very pleasantly surprised as I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be this nice based on the price. I’d have no apprehension in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Panama City."

"I stayed at W Panama for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. I also loved the hotel's colorful design and modern aesthetic. The vibrant atmosphere gives the property a unique personality while still feeling stylish and comfortable. Overall, W Panama exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again on a future visit."

"Excellent location! Very close to Iglesia del Carmen Church. Very close to El Rey supermarket and Riba Smith supermarket. Very helpful employees. They readily make change of 10 or 20 dollar bills. Taxis are readily available outside along Via España street. Very good and reasonably priced on-site restaurant "

"The property is well maintained. The staff was very helpful (Google Translate). It is in walking distance to do many things. There is a driver for hire on-site. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location is very good and the staff, especially in Gastro Bar were exceptionally good, very pleasant, friendly and helpful despite my very limited Spanish. The staff at the desk were also really good and the only criticism I have is about the rooftop bar area. It looked dated and in need of a refresh along with the front of the hotel which was being worked on during my stay."

"The vibes and the view "

"The hotel was excellent. Great location and an outstanding staff. If you stay here check out Concolon Panamanian Street Food, just around the corner. Inexpensive and may have been the best food we had in Panama. "
