"This was a great hotel in a good area of Paris. The hotel is a little bit dated, but the room was comfortable and the staff was so incredibly helpful and professional. The older man at the front desk was an absolute master of his craft and remembered my name and room from check in without fail. They also helped me out when I needed to grab breakfast a bit early one day. Really great staff."

"This is a wonderful boutique hotel. There is a comfortable and spacious area on the main floor for working and relaxing. The terrace on the 4th level is lovely. We found the location to be convenient to several cafes and bakeries, Canal St. Martin area and several metro stations. It is tucked away from many of the central tourist sites which we liked. The room was comfortable but a bit tight for 2 people with luggage. Overall, we greatly enjoyed the hotel."

"We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely recommend it. We paid a little extra to upgrade to the More Room, and it was well worth it. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, there was plenty of wardrobe space, and the bathroom was modern with a powerful shower. We also appreciated having coffee-making facilities in the room, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a big difference during our stay in so degree plus heat! The location is excellent—just a short walk...

"Much better than a lot of reviews give it credit for. It is in Paris and narrow staircases has to be expected. Relative to the price you get a lot, especially with a functioning kitchen. If I were to wish anything more would be to have daily towel service and more than two coffee pods for a whole stay of three nights. Please don't miss Miyam which has an incredible assortment of organic goods nearby if you decide to stay here."

"We just stayed one night at Hotel Taylor. The location was very convenient for us (close to gare du Nord, where we arrived). The room was clean, bed comfortable, the street is quiet, and the hotel staff very nice. There is a great bakery just down the street. The neighborhood is very pleasant with many small shops, cafés and restaurants. The hotel is close to Republique metro stop. We would stay here again if we come back to Paris!"
