"This is great hotel - one train stop from Kyoto train station - near the Railway Museum and Aquarium and good for buses. On the route to the Bamboo Forest (one train). Conveinience stores and starbucks nearby, good restaurant in the shopping area under the hotel. Nice rooms, good showers. Future train is a fun place to have a drink - few yards away."

The washer/dryer combo was very convenient and much appreciated. There was someone onsite during check in to help with the process. I would stay here again."

"Spacious hotel in a quiet neighborhood and reasonable priced. That is the positive. However, the rooms were dusty, there was lack of utensils, dish soap but no sponge, washer had no dryer function, no front desk service and everything just looked dated."
