"The location is outstanding, in the Old Town and very close to Karluv most (Charles bridge) which makes it very easy to walk across to Malá Strana area. Black Star Suites is also close to the subway with easy travel from the Airport. The welcoming when we arrived was warm and friendly. We arrived quite early and appreciated to be able to safely leave our luggage at the hotel and go out and explore Prague before the check-in time."

"Staff are multilingual and were very informative. The property is at the base of the Charles Bridge, so it was very convenient. I did require a taxi to and from the airport, but I was able to walk everywhere else that I went. It is very safe. Breakfast is fresh and there is a large variety of different foods available. The coffee was very good! I would definitely stay here again for my next visit."
