Once you arrive at the building, take the elevator to the 10th floor to find the check-in office. ​The staff are incredibly friendly. "My family had a lovely stay in Shangri La Qingdao. Everything was perfect, from location next to May Fourth Square station and a mega shopping mall MixC, very clean room to excellent customer service (special mention to York who helped us with check-in and Mr Yan who cleaned our room). I would certainly stay here again in my next visit to Qingdao."
