"The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

"We had a horrible stay. Firstly, we got the instructions to enter the room one day late, and no answer when we wrote to the hotel. Secondly, and the worst part, the hotel was so incredibly hot. We had to sleep with the windows wide open. Something was definitely wrong. It must be some radiator which was broken or something because the heat was unbearable! I would guess it was closer to 40 degrees inside.. and it wasn’t even warm outside. If you want to be able to sleep I would recommend a...

"We had a wonderfull stay in the smaller of the two adjacent houses. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, and the owners are extremely welcoming, professional and kind. We will definitely be coming back with our two kids, and might bring grandmom next time. Thanks for a gerat stay <3"
