"We had a horrible stay. Firstly, we got the instructions to enter the room one day late, and no answer when we wrote to the hotel. Secondly, and the worst part, the hotel was so incredibly hot. We had to sleep with the windows wide open. Something was definitely wrong. It must be some radiator which was broken or something because the heat was unbearable!
