"Location ,service and breakfast were perfect."

"The hotel is convenient to visit Katowice. We enjoy being able to walk in the park just behind the hotel. We also do like being able to use the sauna in the evenings especially after a long drive to the hotel. While everything was very clean, one of the chairs in our room was repaired by using duct tape to cover the problem in the upholstery. We had a suite with a sofa and two chairs so it didn't affect our stay. Nevertheless, the hotel can do better than that."

"A huge thank you to Emilia, the restaurant server, for her warm welcome, professionalism, service, and smile. ♥️ An employee of such caliber is a rarity and a true asset to the company; the hotel manager can be very proud of her. 😉 You can Congratulations to her. As for the hotel itself, it is the ideal spot for families or for enjoying the mountains in peace and quiet. The rooms are lovely, as are the pool and the water park—not to mention the quality of the food served. 😉 Philippe from...
