"Firstly parking great, staff exceptional , polite and friendly and helpful. Room was lovely wasn’t a fan of such a large sink in the room with a small toilet shower area but understood how they have used the space the best of their ability. Sockets low behind bedside table was awkward but again usable. TV tiny but again we only slept there. This didn’t affect our stay and would defo return. Breakfast 10/10 and again staff could not have done more. Very attentive - would recommend."

"First time we have been to Oulton Hall. And it was wonderful. Only problem was , next time we would ask for a lower floor , being 88 yrs old the 3rd floor was a bit of a trek. The staff are very attentive and thoughtful."

"Amazing stay for the wifes birthday - spa is really good we go to a lot of spa breaks but this is up there with the bedt food was excellent and really loved the outdoor terrace area for a drink.- a massive thanks to Skye on reception who gave us a warm yorkshire welcome and made sure our stay was the best."

"This is a surprising wee gem. The entrance is dire in appearance as are the stairs and hallways, but the actual apartments are excellent. They are clean, well equipped and with very good showers. Once inside you’re in a very comfortable small apartment. This is our second stay in one and we’d happily commend them as ideally located in central Wakefield with free overnight parking nearby from 4pm and after 6pm if you get another evening ticket it lasts until 10am."

"Lovely and friendly staff. Not the poshest hotel or the best location, but quiet and warm. Breakfast good value and other meals reasonable too. Easy access to A1 and M1 and close to J32 Outlet Centre- worth a look. York not too far away . Overall good value for money."

"This was the perfect spot for a catch up with friends and visit to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. The accommodation was similar to Premier Inn styling - clean, lovely big bed and practical bathroom. The room had a TV, plenty of sockets, wall heater, free wifi and iron / hairdyer / fan available for use. Plenty of storage space too. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and the food choices for evening meal and breakfast were good. The drinks and food were also reasonably priced....

"Clean modern room with great facilities. Comfortable bed. Excellent location for accessing Leeds city centre. Breakfast provided and service was slightly slow but as expected due to busy hour for buffet breakfast. Food was enjoyable with a choice of full english, cereals, pastries alongside fresh juices and hot drinks. Would highly recommend for long or short visits to Leeds."

"I got a great price on Hotels.com. The communications were good and I was emailed the codes for entry. Good parking in the courtyard. My room was bright, clean and comfortable. The shower was good & toiletries and an excellent towel provided. There were coffee making facilities."
