Lots of activity around the square where the Casa de Montejo is. Caught a children parade as part of the Merida Festival. There are some excellent restaurants in Merida. Yerba Santa at the top of the list. Tigre Blanco had great Japanese food. "

"The single room was very small but smartly outfitted with clothes hooks, outlets and lighting. The bathroom took up half the room so was a good size. Air conditioning and wifi were great. The door technology was quite impressive and unexpected, but a very nice touch. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Pool was also quite nice but could have been cleaned more often due to the dead insects floating on the surface."
