"We didn’t want to pay crazy casino rates, so I booked the HGI. We were welcomed into a big, bright beautiful lobby. Staff were nice at both arrival and departure. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. It was also very quiet for a Friday. The casinos were super close, so we actually did both! Our only regret is that we had such a short stay. We would’ve loved the fire pit and bar area. There is a small pool and exercise room too. I will 100% book HGI again…and again!"

"Breakfast was more than what the website and front desk explained. There was a good variety of continental breakfast items that were continously replenished. The hotel is close to Mystic village and Aquarium. Has an outdoor pool that looks nice for summer trips. "

"I have been to this hotel many times over a couple of decades and it never disappoints. Great staff, excellent heated pool with bathhouse and a very good breakfast. Every time I stay there I say to myself I wish I could live here lol."

"Easy check in. Simple room. Free breakfast. The shuttle to the casino was a huge plus. It made it easier to get to and from the casino."

"Its alright. But had to let them know the exit door was not properly locking. Anyone could get in. The smoke detector fell off from the ceiling. There was burn marks on the covers I didnt sleep under the covers felt like it had dirt in it or sand. But when I addressed the issues the staff took care of it ."

"It was a big, beautiful place with pretty outdoor courtyards. And, It was massive inside! Our Room was clean & ready Early! 🙂 The staff was friendly & helpful at the desk. It was nice to have a shuttle to take us to the Theater at the Casino. They had a great breakfast selection, too. We would definitely stay here again."

"Pool is outside and excellent. It is on the second level, so a room on that floor is handy. Turn left into site is a bit tricky."
