"The Magnolia is a no fuss location where they get the important things right. I have stayed at the hotel several times in 2026. Each time the staff was excellent, my room (standard Queen) was good sized and clean, the bed was comfortable and the environment was reasonably quiet for being in the middle of downtown. The value for location is unmatched in Dallas. Close to dining and all the major cultural and historic attractions in Dallas. Convenient to transit."

"We came into town for the grandscape area. This hotel is right across the highway from it. Not really walkable but driving is less then 5 mins. Tons of shopping, food, resturants in the area. Before we went out we hit the pool and enjoyed that alot. Room is kinda small but comfortable. All in all a good stay."
