Breakfast was decent as it was included, just wish you were able to choose what you’d like versus the set menu provided (for example ask me how I would like my eggs) Location is perfect, 10 minute walk from subway stations, Starbucks, and shopping areas."

"I had a good experience here. Its walking distance(10mins) to kyoto station and some buses were right across the street next to the family mart. The massage chairs were a nice touch as well."

"My favorite hotel in Japan! It was absolutely perfect in every way. Clean, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, easy check in, super quiet, comfortable beds, room size was large and felt more like a small apartment with a sitting area and dividing doors. Location is near so many popular spots Gion, Nishiki Market, Pontocho Alley, lots of shops and restaurants, the river and close to subway stations. I did not want to leave. Highly recommend! "
