"Better than expected. Huge room with walk in closet and separate living room. Great service from Nekaya at the front desk and Fren/Fran? in housekeeping. Attached restaurant has great coffee and food. Views are amazing (ask to face water and UPenn. Attached parking garage where rates are just ok. Amenities are the highlight with a gorgeous huge resort style pool, outdoor lounge area with fire pit, gym and cinema."

"The Poor Richard apt is perfect for 2 people. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is well suited. The apt was more spacious than I was expecting. The bed was comfy and very soft. When in Philly I would definitely stay here again. We were there for a concert at Underground Arts and it’s literally around the corner. Reading terminal market and the Convention center was a few blocks down the street. "
