"We stayed at this Hilton location last night, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
During the night, a couple in a nearby room appeared to be having a serious physical altercation in the hallway. We could hear yelling and what sounded like people hurting each other. We contacted the front desk, but the response was not helpful, and it took a very long time for law enforcement to arrive.
The next morning at approximately 8:30 a.m., a housekeeping staff member opened our room door without knocking or announcing herself. We had to yell for her to close the door. It felt as though staff were rushing guests out rather than respecting their privacy.
When we left around 10:30 a.m., there was shattered glass outside our room and the neighboring room, which appeared to be related to the disturbance from the night before. The area had not yet been cleaned, creating both a safety concern and an unpleasant environment.
I also wanted to speak with a manager regarding these issues, but I was informed that no manager would be on site until 12:00 p.m.
Overall, this was not a positive experience. Between the safety concerns, lack of responsiveness from staff, privacy issues, and poor follow-up, this stay did not meet the standards I expect from a Hilton property."
