The LINQ Hotel & Casino – A Caesars Rewards Destination

"The Linq is virtually centrally located on the strip which is nice for walking around. The hotel and our room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant selection is perfect and if you do not want to eat inside the hotel there is a good selection of places at the Linq Promenade. "
"It has been a long time since I visited this hotel, and it is very run-down. Our room was so gross that I almost booked another hotel and took the loss. Dust and dog hair everywhere, weird stains on the headboard, snot rockets all over the ceiling. No smart TV, no room service, no conditioner in the shower. It was a very depressing room and a huge disappointment for our trip. "

"Decent location on the north end. Just not as "updated" as I was hoping. I am trying to stay at all the hotels on the strip and just not sure I would go back to TI. Didn't like the food options, main bar was a letdown. But not a bad "budget" hotel. "
"The check in process was horrid. We stood in line for over 30 minutes and were completely ignored. When they finally helped us, the lady who checked us in was rude and had no knowledge of the property, Universal or anything helpful in any way.
The room was disgusting! The smell of chlorine and bleach was overpowering in the hallways & in our room. The headboards were peeling and covered in dirt. The bathroom had hairs on the wall and shower that did not come from us. The floor in our room was wet!
The proximity to Universal City Walk is not as claims. Or maybe it was the fact that no one could even tell us how to walk there from the hotel property.
We got something to eat at the bowling alley. It was not appetizing! It tasted old and greasy.
We paid to park at the hotel then we had to take Ubers or pay additional parking at Universal.
Overall, I would NEVER stay at this property. I would never let my enemies stay at this property!
