"Upon checkout, we waited 10 minutes for an elevator and finally had to try to squeeze in to an already full elevator. Other guests mentioned they waited 25 minutes. The only person that assisted us was not very friendly "
"Arrived early for early check in and still had to wait almost 5 hrs to get in my room. They advertise for many activities but there really aren’t many at all. No chairs at the pool for free or to buy. It’s like going to an à la carte restaurant, you literally have to pay for everything. You would think the resort fees would cover chairs for the pool or at least parking but nope. Stayed a week and had to pay $210 just to park smh. Looks beautiful online but it’s outdated and barely clean, hallways were dirty the entire week we stayed. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Will never stay here again!!! Visited family that stayed at summer bay resort around the corner from here, must bigger and cleaner property with more amenities and parking included. Would much rather have stayed there.."
