Staff are friendly, pool is in good condition though the button for turning on the jacuzzi was a little funky, needs some tune up or repair. Breakfast is acceptably good except the coffee, certainly need an upgrade, taste like water. Generally speaking it's good for the price, would recommend.”
Decent property for an overnight while in Edmonds. Enjoyed the comp breakfast on site but no dinner restaurant so had to order in. Alarm clock was left on from previous guest so it was an unexpected awakening at 6am but overall it was a good stay in a decent location.”
The staff were great from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Since checkout was at 11:00 am and our flight didn't leave until 6:30pm, they were very accommodating in keeping our luggage til we left for the airport. They were extremely friendly, great people to deal with! Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Also location was very close to Space Needle, Pacific Science Centre and Pike Street Market.”
We had a great stay here! We were pleased with the friendly service, the nice and clean room and the simple but good breakfast. We stayed three nights and drove in each day to visit Silverwood. We liked staying at this location rather than in a motel closer to the park. The drive to Silverwood was about 40 minutes but so worth it to stay in a comfy hotel at a great price. Next time we visit Silverwood, we would do the same. Thanks for the great stay!!”
The hotel in Liberty Lake was wonderful. They have a new pet policy that no longer charges a fee for your furry friend. Liberty Lake is a fairly new town (2001). It was close to shopping & fast food as well as a grocery store. Staff were wonderful & friendly. Plenty of green space around hotel location for four egged friends to walk as well as garbages located around the entrances for garbage & pet waste. Somewhat hard to locate as the address listed is not completely correct. Take your first left in Liberty Lake & turn by the STCU bank. We drove around for about 20 minutes before we located where we were going even with GPS. Our GPS couldn't find the address either. The 20 lb max weight for pets is not correct. When I contacted the hotel personally I was told that it is 30 lbs & even that is not an enforced weight. Over all it was an extremely pleasant stay & would recommend this Quality Inn to anyone.”
Great stay, however this is not longer a park n fly hotel. Front desk clerk explained that hotels.com and a few other web sites are not updated to inform customers of this. She explained herself and mentioned we could park and pay. I chose to try this hotel as I usually stay at the Best Western Peppertree or the Holiday Inn. As it was late in the evening and we were flying out at 6:00 am she gave us the parking pass. Elevators were not working that evening as well. Minor, however had we needed the elevator (walker or wheelchair) we would have been upset. Overall good stay. Very quiet for being right at the airport.”
i have 5 people in my family, when i arrived, they upgraded my room to two queens for free and delivered a roll away bed right away. the room was nice, the front desk so helpful and the location just a few minutes from downtown. a good price and great place to stay especially for 5 people.”
Overall a nice hotel in a nice location. Bellevue seems more posh than downtown Seattle which can be reached by bus - 10-15 min walk to the bus terminal. Breakfast was okay. However, the staff were quite slow at refilling things and refitting tables with cutlery, but you can just take it yourself from the storage boxes. The bed is way too soft, so you may want to stay elsewhere if you have backproblems. There are plenty of shops and stores in Bellevue and the hotel has a nice handout map where many of them are depicted on. Many of the eateries close at 21 or 22 though. As Europeans, it was surprising to us that state law forces all bars and discos to close at 2 in the morning. The pool is heated, but it looks dirty and the surrounding area is very worn, so we did not use it once - and we are pool-lovers. Overall, it is a nice hotel at a fair price. They have a shuttlebus service too, but we did not use it as we had a rental car.”
If you need to commute in US car is compulsory, when you have a car its easy to reach locations. Similarly Larkspur landing Bellevue is an easy commute from Bellevue Downtown and 20 minutes drive from Seattle seatac airport. I will give over 4 out of 5 rating for my stay, except that not many options available on the breakfast... tho the staff are friendly. The added advantage is you get self-cooking which can save fortune on food bills and ideal when you travel with kids.”
The only complaint for this property would be the noise we were on the 2nd floor and the noise above us was terrible we were very surprised . The breakfast was really good . I would stay here again but ask for the top floor . Clean hotel nice staff .”
Hotel itself is average but the staff were fantastic. The restaurant staff were very friendly and accomodating. Must pay for parking but hotel offers very frequent complentary shuttle to airport and back every twenty minutes, which was very helpful. My thanks again to the staff. They made our stay a pleasant one.”
