We checked in late at night, yet still the desk clerk was extremely pleasant and upbeat. The morning staff was also very friendly and helpful at breakfast. Rooms were decently clean and very comfortable, but there was a bit of mold visible on the shower curtain.

Very pleasantly suprised. Lobby area could do with a bit of a spruce up as could the appearance of some staff members- but you don`t sleep in the lobby! Room 224(from memory) was a corner room with a suprising level of sound proofing- no traffic heard. Clean and comfortable and looks as though it had recently been refurbished. Car parking was available as was a free(from memory again) shuttle service to the airport.Break fast was the usual US buffet and was adequate. Close to all amenities and sights. Will stay again when in the area visiting relatives.

We enjoyed our stay at the Peabody very much. It was very convenient for the convention we were working. Everyone at the hotel was very professional and was very attentive to our needs. We will definitely try to stay there again in the future.

My family and I were extremely satisfied with the room we received. The previous night we had booked at another chain hotel in a newer part of town and were completely disgusted with the quality. This is an older hotel but has been maintained. It could use a face-lift overall but our room was clean and the atmosphere pleasant.

we enjoyed our stay. the room was very nice and clean. the only thing wrong with the room was that our room had a whirlpool bath tub and the A/C was on the end of the room where the whirlpool was. The temp was nice and cool on that end but very warm in the rest of the room. We could not get connected to the internet our whole stay. We would return.

This is a very old motel. The room was in very clean and in good condition, The bed sheet were very clean as were the bath towels. We had every thing we needed coffie, tea, ice box.Will be needing carpet in the near future.

Beds where very comfortable, continental breakfast was very good, the locations worked very well for our purposes and the service people were very friendly and helpful. The only complaints that I have are that the air conditioner was very noise when it would start to cycle and I was there with my elderly mother and she could have used a bar to get in and out of the bath tub. Otherwise it was a very good place to stay for the money.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The location was great for attending fan day on campus. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is a clean, comfortable place to spend the night at a budget-friendly price.

We have stayed in this hotel many times. It is convenient to the university, inexpensive, and always clean. It is a very basic hotel, but they make an effort to keep everything fresh (new furniture in the lobby and new bedspreads). We will continue to stay here when we visit Fayetteville.

I was assigned Wal-Mart and wanted to have a affordable hotel for my short stays. This is it. A perfect match with wi-fi (my life line at a good speed). Breakfast to save time and nearby. I will recommend.

Stayed in this hotel the night before an early morning flight due to the proximity (2 miles from airport). To my delight, I found that they have a shuttle to and from the airport which runs from 5am until midnight every day and they allowed me to park my car there free of charge. The room was clean and had everything needed but was a bit stuffy and I actually had to turn on the air conditioning (stayed in February) to get the air flowing. There was also a strange aroma in the room which I believe is coming from the hotel's cleaning products (they are all about green) and was alleviated by the air conditioning and opening a bar of soap in the bathroom. I am hoping you will submit a copy of this to the hotel so they might make note. It is a nice place to stay and I will definately consider it again if needed.

This is now my favorite place to stay in Bentonville. For the price and the quality of the rooms, I don't know of anything better. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Very happy with my last few stays here.
