We chose this hotel as we were meeting friends at the airport for an overnight event and stay. Our booking was OK, but the hotel did not privide the type of room that was booked by our friens using this website.”
Hotel was right near our convention, our room was clean and warm. It had a fridge and microwave (our friends at the Holiday in were paying more and didn't get either!) and it had breakfast provided: waffles, cereal, fruit, muffins, biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. Wife was happy, I was happy, and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg.”
Nice hotel in a great location. Within walking distance to some great restaurants or just drive through the parking lots. Very quiet room for us and our dog. Good breakfast with waffles and microwave burritos.”
I was able to secure this hotel for $60 a night for a one night conference with a bunch of junior high students. It was in a safe area. The rooms were big and comfortable. It had plenty of hot water. Papa John's made delivery to the hotel. And the breakfast was pretty good. The hotel was having some maintenance issues with the elevator, which wasn't a big deal. And there was some work being done as well. The only complaint was the the hall way on the 3rd floor smelled very smokey. And anytime the door to the room was opened, it would take a moment for the smell to dissipate in the room. Other than that, it was a good experience.”
Chose this hotel as it included a tennis court. The courts were a little tatty but playable. The facility is a little aged but the grounds are nice, it is well situated, and it met our needs. The Hotel staff were pleasant but their computer system could use some updating. The check-in process was laborious.”

Very nice hotel. We were in town for a family funeral and needed a place to stay for 2 nights. It was a convenient location at a reasonable price. The sleep number beds were a nice touch and very comfortable. We were not impressed by the exercise room because it was very small and had a strong chemical odor in it.”
We live in Canada but have family in Cleveland and we're in town for a funeral. To avoid the hassle of deciding what family member to stay with we booked a night a the Hyatt. Our visit to the hotel was everything we expected and more. We will certainly return for a another visit during less stressful times.”
Ive been to cleveland many times on baseball getaways, and always stayed far from the city because of price, bit i was impressed with this hotel i fully expected it to be a 2 star bit the staff were very nice, helpful amd hotel not the palace but very nice , id stay and will stay here again!”
Would recommend for small families staying in Springfield. It is near a grocery store, restaurants, and Target, plus the beds are comfortable. The pool is undersized, but other amentities compensate for that.”
The room was so clean and comfortable. It had all we needed as in a small frig and microwave. The bed was very comfortable and the TV very nice. Also the breakfast couldn't be beat. Will definately stay there again.”
with the exception of the noise from the kids staying there do to a soccer match, this place was perfect! the full kitchen was a big plus especially when staying for more than a few days. housekeeping (brittany) was especially thoughtful in asking about our needs for anything on a daily basis. i would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.”
