We had no hot water one morning and it took a very long time to get it back. I was unable to have a hot shower before we left that day at noon.Price was far for this hotel other than the hot water issue.”
Good value for Las Vegas. Pleasant and helpful Staff. As expected, lost a good few $$ on the slots pressing all the wrong buttons or maybe at the wrong time or maybe .. ! .. ! Plenty of restaurants, eating places and Bars on site but some a little pricey when compared with what is available elsewhere. Advise shopping around. Just have enough spare $$ for each eventuality. Easy to learn by your mistakes. Be ready for miles of walking to see the other sights and experiences. Good free monorail at front to Mandalay & Luxor. Good inexpensive monorail from behind the MGM across the Strip from Excaliber to almost the Stratosphere.”
I stayed in this hotel for 2 days with my family from 22nd of june. This hotel is clean good rooms with a big casino and reasonably priced. There was unlimited free entry to the tower of the hotel which is a very tall structure. There were no frills to the room. No microwave or fridge was available. The reception was very busy and they never pass on any messages to the inmates or conect telephones to the room. This i felt was very bad serviice. The checkin and checkout were very easy. If you are more than 2 persons it is better a taxi from the airport which would cost only 25 dollars.”
We always stay here before we go on our annual camping trip. The place is great and the prices can't be beat. The bellhops are REALLY nice. The only thing you should be aware of is that our last time there we had to leave at 4:30 am for a flight, and we couldn't get a bellhop (maybe they were closed?) and the front desk would hang up on us when we tried calling down to find out what was up. We couldn't find any carts and we had to carry down five 40lb bags plus a few other items on our own between 2 people.”
We really enjoyed our stay at Club Lakeridge and would advise others to stay there when in Reno. It's so much nicer than the big hotels/motels where your car is left in some lot and you have a mile to walk to your room. The personalization from Debbie and staff are outstanding. They are there for you and we appreciated such nice attitudes. We will stay there again, even though we don't get to Reno too often. But it will be our "place" now if we are lucky enough to make a reservation there. Thank you!”
I stay at Circus Circus every year when I go with my son to Hot August nights....this year found the mattress a bit lumpy.Think they need to be replaced. Room clean. No other complaints, staff very friendly and helpful.Would definitely stay there again I like the location.”
For a start it was a very nice room with a very good bed and a good bathroom, but the window was so dirty it was hard to enjoy the beautiful wiew from the 14:th floor. In a hotel of this class i missed a stationary computer free of charge for registered hotel guests for possibility to check emails and to book hotel rooms further on the travel. If i come back to Laughlin i might stay at this hotel again.”
We had a very good stay at the Tropicana. The restaurant was very good as was the lounge and the entertainment that was playing. We checked in at 3 PM and their was a very long line to check in. The hotel could have maybe had a couple of more staff available at this time. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant.”
We really enjoyed our stay, the restaurants were great, service personnel were very pleasant, always! Was there anything to make us feel special or that Aquarius was happy for our business, no there wasn't, but regardless, we were happy we booked this as our place to stay to Laughlin. Our first time here but we plan to come back!”
Very enjoyable stay. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Pool, jacuzzi and fitness center open 24 hours. Fitness center is mostly cardio equipment and not really set up for strength training. Breakfast was terrific.”
ccould use a coffee maker in room. bowling with the kids was great, had a great family game, friendly workers in bowling alley. pool was a nice treat, outside, but nice, pool was open a little later than usual for the late arrivels.”
Stayed for just one night but loved it. Great staff who were very helpful. Liked casino and hotel being separate but close. Restaurants were very nice with good value. Our trip allowed us to stay only one night but we will be back another time!”
