We are travelling across the usa and so far stayed in over 10 hotels and this has been the best, by far, so far. Location was perfect. We was lucky enough to be able to see over the local baseball ground, which we was lucky to see as we didn't know a game was on and the cardinals won 12-5 and on the opposite side of the tower the view would have been the fantastic arch. I was impressed from check-in to check-out. Valet service was top noch and fast. Check-in clerk was helpful and fast. The late night restaurant was also fast, and helpful. Food was pretty good for late night snacks. I would stay again. Also, my non-smoking room was just that...!”
The man at the desk was very kind and helpful, lobby was very nice and kept. Our room was adequate, bathroom clean as a whistle and the king bed was like sleeping on a cloud! However, we had a couch fold out for the kids, awful! It was just awful! That being said, the pool was great and the breakfast service was awesome! We would stay again, but choose a different 2nd bed option.”
The room was very clean. Air conditioning was great. We were comfortable in the room. Middle of downtown, a nice in-room restaurant delivery. We had quick cab connection service by the valet. The only thing missing were ice container on every level and no fridge on our room. A high class place like this should have a fridge and microwave included.”
Great stay as always. My wife and I love this place. Perfect except for one thing......no microwave in room. Please at least put a microwave in the vending/ice machine area. Clean and cozy. Showers are absolutely awesome. Will stay again and again.”
It was in very nice location of Worlds of Fun, it was a fair price. The room was nice. Couch, King Size Bed, Fridge, Microwave, and of course HBO. The pool was nice..a little cold...but nice (nothing you can do about water temperature.) The only thing I had a problem with was check-in at 3 unless you want to spend $25 extra bucks, I mean we were a little bit on the early side at 9 but I wouldn't like it would be that late, but overall no complaints really,,,had a nice stay.”
The Suites at Fall Creek were clean, well appointed and well laid out. The Desk staff were helpful and caring. The location is a bit off the beaten track, but close enough to provide easy access to all that Branson offers.”
I truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I was disappointed only that my room was not upgraded even thought I am a Carlson card holder. Also, the fact that there was no room service, was too bad. Otherwise, service and friendliness of rest of staff was outstanding and the room was clean and comfortable.”
We had a great time staying here the staff was nice and helpful. The guest house was extrememly nice I liked the fact that they had a xbox kinex bowling torny for everyone and pool table and air hockey. Plus the splash zone was nice. We will definately be staying again.”
My only real complaint is the water while taking a shower (at least on the first level) the hot water was not reliable I took a really short shower because the water kept moving between extremely cold to extremely hot this is the only reason I would never stay in this hotel again. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated (not normal boring hotel stuff) , they even hired someone to make waffles in the breakfast room. He was awesome; very kind, funny, helpful and really made my stayed pleasant. The location is not close to my favorite shopping center (Battlefield) But it is in a quiet area with ample parking right off the freeway and it was very quiet.”
My family of three stayed for the weekend to go to a wedding in Springfield. The hotel was perfect for our needs that weekend. The restaurant in the hotel had great food. We would stay again for a short stay. Long stay would be questionable for a family due to room size.”
We stayed one night whilst traveling route 66, great place, very clean, because it had a kitchen we were able to have a home cooked meal. Only one thing was, the people above stomped around all night and early morning. Otherwise, great and we would definitely stay again.”
