The stay was almost perfect. The food in the Italian restaurant was luke warm - not hot as one would expect. No warm plates, so food would naturally cool down before it reaches table. Wait staff should be informed that unless all food is ready to be served, then no plates should be served until all is ready. Same for retreival of plates when meal is finished, Nothing should be removed until all guests have finished eating. Just etiquette please! No glass was offered for the beer until one was asked for.”
The low rate was incredible for the quality of such hotel, Room was very clean and the employees at the hotel as well as in the casino were friendly with excellent service. We already plan to return soon.”
This is the fifth time we have visited Biloxi and the fourth different hotel. Price very reasonable, rooms clean. Especially liked the idea of the TV in the bathroom!! Swimming pool gorgeous and fairly quiet. Waitresses in casino very attentive. The only thing I didn't feel up to standard was the buffet dinner at $14.99 with not a very wide range of choice. Otherwise really had a good time and would recommend this hotel.”
The pool was not heated as advertised until the day we checked out, and the girl that checked me out was rude.The couple we traveled with had the same issue with the girl at the desk. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful”
This is an older hotel that has been fairly well refurbished. Its in one of the approach patterns for the airport, but the room was well insulated enough that I never heard a single plane pass over when I was in the room. Location was convenient for our purposes.”
Our stay was comfortable and uneventful. We will stay here again. The only non positive things are really irrelevant. Exiting to travel north was a minor inconvience and the area smelled from the crawfish boil next door. Made me hungry, and I'm on a diet. Yes you should stay here.”
The hotel and rooms were nice. The bed was VERY good. The only two down sides were the desk was slow checking in a lot of people on a Friday afternoon, but they were very courteous and kind. The tub had been coated with whatever they coat tubs with and it was peeling off. I would not have sat down in it. But showering was fine. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable. Breakfast was good.”
On the plus side it was quiet. I had no problems with check-in. Only half the lights worked in the room but the lighting was still good.The location is good and bad. the good part is that there is nearby food and shopping. The bad it located on one of those roads that runs directly parallel to the interstate and its a one way. Which can be a hassle when if you want to drive to a place that is located just before your hotel. There is a large distance to cover when you want try and loop around. The hallway, stairwell, and elevator was very hot stuffy. No problems with staff or other guests.”
Our stay was great. The hotel is located by Mcdonalds, taco bell, and waffle house. Also not too far from Jackson MS. My only complaints are 1) they were doing some remodeling in the two rooms next to ours and we had to smell paint for our entire stay because they left the doors to the rooms open. 2) I had a bow of shoes in our room and when the cleaning staff cleaned the room they threw my shoes away. The manager was real helpful and even went through the trash to get my shoes out. Overall it was an good stay.”
My party found the Hotel very good value. The rooms were comfortable and the Buffet restaurant was excellent value. My only complaint was the fact that as the restaurants were inside the Casino, the security guard was not at first, willing to let two of my party through to eat, as they had no ID on them. I can understand that the casino, quite rightly is out of bounds for under age people. But we do have to eat. Perhaps a separate entrance should be available for restaurant guests?”
Great room, I opted for the premium room with a king bed, very confortable. Wish the hotel had more tv choices. Casino was great overall, even though they seem very stingy about anything like offering a cup of coffee or a doughnut in the morning. You have to be a VIP or Diamond rating for anything.”
The comfort level of the bed and the bathroom were what I would have expected in any 4 or 5 star hotel. The only disappointment was the buffet breakfast. The service was very poor, and the food was edible but not really enjoyable. The only highlight was the eggs being made to order . If you ask for a higher floor, you can get a nice view of the Mississippi river. If you have children with you they have to be over 18 in order to use the swimming pool.”
