Hotel is very nice and well situated in a quiet area beside Boston Common. Reception was busy but still could have pointed out that there are rooms with 5 digit numbers, which would have saved a little confusion on our part when trying to find the room. The building is interesting, rooms spacious, very comfortable and kept very clean and they do follow their green policy as regards changing sheets and towels. It's an easy walk to most places of interest and the concierge was very helpful.”
I would strongly recommend this Hotel to anybody. It is very convenient to Airport ( 15 mins away) The staff at reception are very friendly and co-operative. The rooms are very comfortable with TV and free wifi available. The breakfast is just about adequate - not a great selection of food and plastic cutlery did not appeal to me. It is competitavely priced and great value for the money.”
our stay at the sonesta was the best ,the room was huge plenty of room for suitcases , bed was massive and slept like a baby in it , the shower, toilet was spotless, room was cleaned everyday , we checked in and dropped our cases and went out to look around boston , when we got back there was a plate of chocolate covered strawberries and a hand written card from the hotel welcoming us to the hotel this was a fab touch, the hotel is situated right on the bank of the charles river this was a great view over to boston it self , we were about 5min from the t stop which is a train service into boston which only takes about 15min , we bought 2 18dollar tickets for the t and this did us for the week, this hotel was the best hotel we ever stayed in , the room the staff was all just perfect in every way , i would recomend everyone staying in boston stay at this hotel,”

There is a grocery store within walking distance, a fast food restaurant next door and a few local restaurants a few blocks away. Breakfast was fine. I would have liked to see homestyle oatmeal served, as more and more hotels are adding it to their breakfast choices. Cinnamon buns were awesome! Free parking, and thankfully it wasn't full. In case of overflow, you would have to park across the street., not too big of a deal but it might be of concern if you need to access your car often or travelling with little ones. Rooms are nicely decorated, the one I got was a little small but very quiet, on the 8th floor with a nice view.”
This is a great hotel, close to nearby downtown boston. On arrival, the check in lady gave us a map, recommended places to eat and tours to do. It was great. The hotel has a wine reception in the evening and it was just what we needed after a long flight and arrival to Boston. The room was huge, clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend a stay here. Everyone was so friendly and could not do enough for you. I loved seeing the dogs in the lobby too!!”
The girl who checked us in was wonderful and gave us an upgrade. The room was beautiful and very comfortable - felt like our own living room. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and professional. I will definitely stay here again.”
Heritage House Hotel is in a great location. Planned our trip last minute. this Hotel is on main street, near all of the restaurants and shops. Harbour walking distance and beaches nearby. Free parking and kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool as well as the hot tub. Rooms were clean, nice, and updated. Took previous suggestion of staying in the main building called Chatham House. Would definately recommend this place to my friends and would return. Seems to be the only Hotel on Main Street to have an indoor pool.”
This was a lovely little hotel in Hyannis. It was a small distance from the harbour etc. but if you had a car-no probs!! Bus station was about 3 miles away. The staff were more than helpful, provided a more than reasonable breakfast and a great price for what we got. In all - we'd a lovely stay and would definitely return there!! HIghly recommend a stay here if you were visiting the Cape :-)”

The hotel served our purpose perfectly. It was central to all that we wanted to do in Hyannis. It was a huge advantage to have the Ferry Terminal to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard just across the road. The Hotel staff kindly allowed us to leave our vehicle in the carpark until we returned. The building and decor is a little dated but it was clean and comfortable. We Would recommend it to all.”
The decor is quite dated in this hotel but it is in a great location, right on the main street, surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. Free breakfast was great, huge selection. Bathroom was huge, room was clean. For the price, very happy.”
