Hotels in Hawaii

We stay in the hotel before and after a cruise vacation. The location is excellent. Some rooms have kitchen and washer & dryer which is a convenience. Continental breakfast and internet included in the cost. The cost was fair considering the cost of surrounding hotels. Parking has a $20 surcharge.

The location was ideal for me, it had everything i needed within 4 blocks. the room was very comfortable and had everything i needed. Some of the appliances were a little old but still worked for me. the cost was about average for Waikiki and not that bad.

We had a great time at Oahu during X-mas & new year 2012-13. We stayed 12 nights at Aston. Very generous breakfast. Must be more than continental. The only less good was that one employee at the reception gave us wrong or false information 3 times! No big issue, just some wasted time(walking) and a bit annoying. All in all we recomend the hotel for vacation.

Since we were on a romantic type getaway, this place was a little too kid friendly. Our room and hotel were great for a non-luxury hotel, strange that the kitchenette at no cook top, only a electric fry pan, but other than that, the room was large, spacious and clean. I wouldn't stay there again, only because it was not close to any of the activities we ended up doing.

The Farimont Kea Lani was a great hotel! They offered us fantastic service, helping us with everything we needed. This was our first time to Maui, so they made our visit very memorable. If you're looking to be pampered, with extremely friendly and courteous staff, I highly recommend this hotel!

We liked our unit - but next time, will ask for a sunny location. (Missed the sun, we did.)My biggest complaint is a small one: the paper person thought it was his/her job ti wake us up at 5:30 am. Am told there are less expensive ways to book this unit - will explore this and if savings are substantial, be vocal online.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Wailea from March 26-28. We had done some research before booking and were happy that we did. This hotel isn't a convenient hotel where you can walk to the beach. You will need to either take a complementary shuttle from the hotel or drive yourself. That would be my only con. However, the value you get (especially if you get a decent sale on your room like we did) is great! We liked how the hotel runs different daily themed perks. Free Mai Tai hour by the pool was pretty sweet. The breakfast included was decent as well. Especially that yummy Island juice they serve. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind spending a few more $$ to get a much better value than every other hotel that jacks up the price just to stay along the beach.

First time stay at this hotel! Great experience!! It was Lovely!! Rooms were nice, resort was nice, food was good and staff were all GREAT!! Food and beer were pricey but expected when you are at a resort like that. Overall GREAT experience and will be back!!
