The location is the bets in the downtow. The staff at reception desk is extremely courteous and helpful and the environment isgenerally good. The breakfast is very simple and even eggs are not provided. There is asignboard of Lunch and dinner but no such provision is there. The TV s are very old and of poor quality. The beddings and towles are very good and properly replaced.”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel..large spacious suite and interesting finishes. some components of the suite were a bit tired but the friendliness of the hotel staff more than made up for that. Location was perfect for me and met all my needs”
Though not targeting the family experience, this is still a great property! Stayed for a post-holiday overnight getaway with wife and 3 kids. Excellent all around. Staff accomodated us with (2) rollaway beds for our suite. Kids are the most honest critics - they loved it.”
Room was clean & spacious with a big comfortable bed! An out dated tv but great cable with a lot of channels! The room was easy to keep at a comfortable temperature & the bathroom had a tub for a romantic evening! It lacked a microwave & refrigerator but that was made up with the free ice & a Denny's located across the street! My stay would have been great if it wasn't for the young guest across the hall slamming doors & talking loudly the hallway like the lived in a barn! Unfortunely we wasn't able to enjoy the breakfast because we overselpt but overall the stay was nice, location was in a location away from a lot of noise, & I would stay again!”
Overall it was a positive stay for our family. No complaints. The free breakfast didn't have the largest selection of options, but we were all certainly able to find something we liked and the quality was good. Reasonable distance to all Savannah has to offer. located across from train tracks, but we never found trains to be a disturbance.”
This was our second time staying in a Hampton Inn, and it will be my first choice from now on. They had warm coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby at our check-in, were helpful with information about Savannah's attractions, and their hot buffet breakfast has everything you could want. I definitely recommend this location and hotel chain. :)”
The GPS in our car gave us the wrong location and I understood that I'm not the only one that has difficulty locating the hotel. The room is clean and the spread of buffet breakfast is excellent. Unfortunately check in took half an hour (longer as usual) as the person at the front desk has to deal with a customer who insists that she has a reservation and confirmation.”
Our stay here was great especially for the price.... The elevator is a little slow and you're better off taking the stairs but the stay was good. We got good housekeeping service. We stayed here for 1 week and one night we got complaints from a room beneath us that we "moved around too much and were too loud" and bc of that the white lady from guest services was nasty to us but the other 2 ladies especially the one with the short hair and glasses was very pleasant and nice.”
The hotel is a little older, but clean and it has a great location. We had a microwave and fridge in the room without asking for it. They dont speak much English but enough to get you checked in. Its right off the exit and in the middle of everything. Not a bad place for the price.”
We drove down from NY for a business conference and walked through the doors of the Sierra Hotel and was immediately welcomed by Randy. He was very helpful with recommendations for dinner and sights to see that next day. Before dinner we got settled in our room/suite which was very clean and comfortable. Little did we know that when they said there would be beer and wine and nibbles in the lobby area at 5:30 that next night, that we would not have to go to dinner that night. What a treat! The full breakfast was also not expected and Tim does an outstanding job with the breakfast and the cocktail hour treats. All of the staff were fantastic, the amenities were great even down to the washer and dryers on premises for travelers to use. We would definently stay here again and recommend The Sierra Hotel to all our family, friends and associates.”
I had a great stay at the Staybridge Suites at Northpoint. The room was clean, breakfast and dinner was included along with parking and internet. What a great value. I will stay there again and again when i go to Atlanta, Georgia. The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. Great experience and very impressed.”
We couldn't have been happier with our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms (we had two) were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.”
