The room was in good condition, the bed was comfortable, the toilet and shower and sink all worked well. There were only two minor issues - one was a phone that didn't work very well and the other was a chair that a previous person had probably stood on. It looked like it was fine, but the seat itself sagged a lot when I sat in it. The hotel is in a nice calm area [check out the mini-waterfall at the back of the property!], but there's really not much within a few minutes walk in any direction. Hot breakfast was a nice touch, wifi was a little slow, front desk was polite and informed.”
Clean, large room. Well-priced. It was like staying in a country house. We borrowed a book from the library and will return it at another Country Inn. The best place we have stayed at so far for comfort and price. Excellent. A home away from home!”
we arrived early (before check-in) and they let us check in but we were charged $10.00 for early check in--I stay there every time i go to alabama games and i was disappointed that i had to pay for early check in”
my wife and i had a nice two days here,its a bit out of the way and you need a car, the staff were very good and the hotel clean, next door is a very nice bar ideal if you do line dancing,i would recommend this hotel for a stay in Fairhope Alabama.”
Hotel was very nice over all. I am am a mom and was traveling with my two children so I requested a bottom floor. I got the bottom floor but was not in the main building, which was ok, but I was very concerned when the door to the other lobby/building was unlocked and accessable to anyone. It has a key-card lock, but it obviously wasn't functioning properly. I felt safe enough in the neighborhood so decided not to press the issue. One more thing I was a little bummed about was the distance from the Interstate but it wasnt a huge concern. It was a pleasant stay nontheless. :)”
We were very satisfied with our stay . only one thing that really bothered us was the thermostat on the heater. More so the loudness of the heater blower when it came on. It kind of kept us awake. I suppose that if it had been AC oit would have been loud as well. The room was great otherwise.”
The stay at Ramada was very carefree. I had other things to worry about, so I was very happy that I didn't have to concern myself with things at the hotel for our group of 18 people. The manager got a little snappy when they were unaware of quiet hours, but all was resolved, and we had a great stay!”
We very much enjoyed our stay. We were there for an audition at the University of Alabama. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. In fact our vehicle needed to be jump-started and the desk clerk helped us with that as well. Every time we came into our left the building the person at the desk always said hello or enjoy your evening - very friendly and polite people. The room was very clean and the hotel was very convenient to the university. We will definitely stay there again.”

Words of wisdom, Allways call the hotel in advance and make sure that you are booked in the correct type of room that you requested from Hotels.com. I had ask for a Non-Smoking room, but was booked in a Smoking room by the Hotels.com repersentative.”
We brought a group of 31 people to the hotel and the staff was simply amazing. We got there at 8 pm and the pool was supposed to close at 9 pm but the lady that worked the night shift allowed our kids to swim until 10 pm She also made sure that we knew the pizza places in town stopped delivering at 10 pm She was VERY helpful and caring.”
My wife and I drove to Huntsville for the weekend to see the Space and Rocket Center. We chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the Rocket Center. Never having stayed at an Extended Stay America we did not know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room for what we paid. The room was clean and everything was in good working order, and the staff was courteous. The only detractor was the noise from the interstate that it was located near. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Huntsville area.”
This hotel was an excellent choice for our trip. It was right beside the arena where the concert we were attending was being held...so close you could easily walk there. With many things to see, do, and experience located close by. Book this hotel! Totally worth it.”
