Hotels in Limburg

The Eden Design is ideally situated. Near to the railway station and not far from the river. The hotel is clean and bright with helpful staff. The only downside was that we had to sleep with the balcony window open because even with the radiator switched off it was stiflingly hot. The pizza place on the next corner served pizzas to die for. We found the other eating places, being so close to the centre, too up market for us. All in all an enjoyable stay

Good hotel, very efficient staff. Breakfast very expensive at 20E but enough nice coffee places around to make up for that. Rooms warm and beds comfortable. Free coffee and tea available in lobby which was handy. They held onto our cases after check out which was also very good.

The Amrâth Grand Hotel is positioned right across the road from the bus terminal and the train station. Double glazed windows help keep the noise out and the room was clean and a good size. Its an easy walk to everything in town and the staff were very friendly and helpful with any query. The only downside was that I reported that the fridge in the room was not working. The juice and food I put it in it went off overnight and had to be thrown out. 3 times I reported it and although the friendly staff said someone would have a look it was never fixed. Apart from that the hotel is in a good position and I would stay there again.

Bit of a funny location in a stadium, but that means away from a match day the place is quieter and great value for money. We had a lovely big room, very comfortable, nicely decorated and kitted out. The breakfast was ok, though we arrived at an unlucky time when there were a number of empty bowls both on tables and the serving bar. Overall I'd return and recommend others to do the same :D
