I was there attending a conference at the same hotel where I stayed, hence it was very convenient, hotel staff was knowledgable and friendly. The food was average, not really gourmet, at least the dishes served during the 5-day conference were simple but lack taste. On the other hand, the business center staff was very helpful!”

We loved our stay. From the minute we were greeted by the concierge and checked in by the very friendly staff right up to our departure we had the best treatment. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with an additional special menu which changes daily to choose from What a great idea. Attention to detail. The young gentleman at the bar was very capable on recommending the local wines. Cannot fault the hotel or staff and will definitely recommend and return when next in Prague.”
We found the hotel accomodating, bit worn but enjoyed our stay. The restaurant isvery reasonably priced and food was good. Front desk went out of their way to assist us even walking over with me to buy the train tickets.”
Its our 1st time to Prague and when we check in, the receptionist gave us a room with Prague Castle view. Its so thoughtful of him. The breakfast had a lot of varieties. We are looking forward to coming here again.”
This hotel has a great gym. Though, the personnel do not seem very friendly. And I don't think it is because of the fluency of the command of the English language. One man at the front desk was very accommodating.”
A very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast buffet was good, and so was the standard of our room. The staff was helpful but not too service minded. There are only two stops with the Metro to get to the city centre. We found it quite easily with help from google maps.”
