First, the location on Google Maps is completely wrong for this PC location! It took us a while to finally find it, not sure if they can fix it. The hotel was fine, although my friend found long, white hairs on the bunked bed which sort of turned us off, but everything else seemed fine. I love the system that PC has where you go to a kiosk and grab your keys, which gives you lots of flexibility on arrival which we liked.”

the Hotel de le Regate has excellent facilities nearby such as wonderfull walks, and is very quiet at night because of its rural setting. It is also very near Nantes if one wishes to explore this city. The food is excellent and well worth sampling, making a visit to the restaurant a most.”
An amazing 2 night stay as a wedding anniversary treat. 1st class service and beautiful room overlooking the front of the hotel. Even though it was a classique room it was beautifully decorated with luxury bathroom toiletries and towels changed every time you left the room!. Enjoyed the pool and bath robes allocated for such use. Didn't eat in the restaurant as both the breakfast and evening meals were over priced we thought. Plenty of good restaurants at the nearby port of Le Poulegan and good cafe nearby for breakfast. Sheer luxury and a delight to stay there. Located right by the beautiful beach and we used the free bikes to cycle to the port of Pornichet right along the dedicated cycle route following the coast road, lovely. Casino nearby too.”

Convenient stopover en route to Cherbourg from the Charente. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Rooms weren't carpeted and potential slipping issues as high step from bathroom to room level. Problems checking in as arrived after 9pm and the automatic check in wouldn't work - after rousing a hotel worker we got in but the two rooms we'd booked for a family of 5 were two floors apart. The area was fairly lifeless but a 5 min drive away was the centre of Le Mans. Would definitely recommend if just need a room for the night. Breakfast was optional, we didn't have but it smelled good!”
Excellent hotel with small swimming pool, clean comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Located in suburbs but has a tram line to city centre running outside hotel, so this is not a major problem. Overall this is a good place to break a journey.”
