The hotel interior is much better looking than the hotel exterior appearance. Friendly and helpful staff, large clean rooms and a nice breakfast room. I stayed in the deluxe room with two children aged 10 and 12. We had ample space. There is no parking at the premises, but there was sufficient parking on the street outside.

We stayed here for anight before a wedding in a surrounding town. The staff was great, the food for dinner and breakfast were incredible and we were able to request a late check out so that we could go do some sight seeing and then clean up and change before the wedding late in the afternoon. The rooms in the newer building seem to be the only rooms with AC, but since we were on that side of the property it worked out great for us on that warm July evening. The chef's special for dinner was a local catch and the on-site dining establishment takes pride in serving local foods - dinner was slow and the wine amazing, it truly made for an incredible start to a wedding weekend.

Easy walk from station, but download a map as the hotel is not easy to find. Good heating in room, which is adjustable. No air conditioning for Summer. Free internet from the bank opposite. Good buffet breakfast. Only a single size bed and one soft pillow, which was a problem. Windows that open. No telephone in room. Bad lighting so if you need to read anything you have to sit in the bathroom. Okay for short business trip. Close walking distance to Stenna ferry port and good shopping centre. No lift, but a low rise building.

Hotel has a good location close to the central street, bus station and the harbour. If your windows look at the street, it can be pretty noisy at night, especially if the window is open. Two person's room is pretty small and rather pooly furnished. It has TV and a spacious shower, no fridge. The breakfast is delitious with lots of fruits.

Good hotel - the room was pretty small and the linen was paid. But the room was tidy and the bathroom too. Bad thing was that for the hot water coins were needed and there is only 2 per person which is 16 mins total. Sometimes it`s not enough. Anyway we were pretty satisfied.
