In general a very nice hotel, but - cleaning of the room bathroom and surfaces of the bed room could be better (e.g. dash and dust box in the bath not empty) - lack of safety to access the hotel parking during Songran. We know that's normal to have some chaos on the road, but we got the impression that the hotel don't care or wasn't able to ensure a save access esp. in the evening - would be easy to manage that with the local officials and could be really expected from that kind of standard!”
Me and my wife stayed two nights and it turned out to be a great experience. Almost brand new resort with very nice staff. If you don't want to stay inside Khon Kaen and you got a car, this is the perfect stay. We'll absolutely visit again.”
We usually stay at the Charon Thani, but thought we would try something new. My wife and I found the staff very courtious and friendly. The room was nice but was showing signs aging. I found the breakfast buffet to be inadequate for our needs but the location of the hotel was next to my favorite restaurant and also the shopping centre which was a big plus. Overall I think I would stay here again.”
i really enjoyed my stay at centara udon thani. all the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. drinking in the bangchaing restaurant and outside it was a real joy and the staff were exceptional especially prae who was professional and friendly throughout my stay and always onhand to help with any problems i may have had. i will be staying here again soon and suggest this to anybody .”
This hotel is out away from the congested city life, but not so far that you feel left out. There is a lake across the street that has a running/exercise track around it. The hotel staff makes you feel welcomed at all times. Rooms are kept clean and the rest of the inside also. The morning buffet is wonderful. They have a wide selection of food, and it is all very good. All in all I would have to recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay at udon Thani. I just can't prays the staff enough.
