The hotel was very handy to the Doumo and comfortable. the staff were helpful and the breakfast oustanding. I would reccomend it for someone visiting Milan. It is also just 100 metres from a metro station. It is modern has no particular character as a venue but it performs the function of providing good reasonably priced (in expensive Milan).”
Simone at the front desk was quite fluent in English and exceptionally friendly and helpful (his local restaurant recommendations were spot on for quality, fun, and affordability). The breakfast was delicious-- we even had fresh blueberries to go with our yogurt! The nearby gelateria, Pixy, was a great treat and the close by supermarket a godsend. Location was quiet and convenient-- a mere 15 minutes by taxi to the Linate Airport and an easy tram ride to the Duomo at the heart of town.”
Stayed 3 nights. Location is very good. Just next to train station and 4 stops from Duomo. Rooms are clean and well stocked. Service was excellent! Free speedy wifi and free bar fridge (less alcohol) is an added bonus. Quite noisy at night due to nearby cafes/bar/nightclub(?). Room not soundproof..so did not have quiet nights. Qhile going back from the metro at night, saw a man hold an old lady's hand demanding for money probably. So did not feel that the surrounding area was very safe.”
This hotel is beautiful and we really enjoyed it. We had two children with us and the room had a king size bed and two single beds. The breakfast was one of the better that we've had in Europe and the garden restaurant is gorgeous and peaceful. The hotel is located steps from the ferry stop so it's very conveniently located. Highly recommend.”
This hotel is worth the money. The views from the dining room and hotel spa are spectacular. They have valet parking at no extra charge, which is a nice touch given the crowded conditions of the parking and roads. The room was tastefully decorated and very pleasant, but a bit on the small side. The grounds are spectacular, the facilities are abundant and the location is very convenient. This place is a winner.”
The hotel was very nice - pay the extra amount and get a lakeview room. You cannot believe how wonderful it is to open up those shutter windows and see the most spectacular view of Lake Como. Worth every cent. The staff were wonderful.”
We really enjoyed our stay, lovely area, well-equipped campsite with good animation team and lots to do during the day and at night. We stayed in a caravan which was very small for four people, by comparison with our experience of mobile homes on other campsites, this was the only negative point, however it was modern and clean, didn't spoil our stay.”
We stayed at the Lefay Resort for 6 days before Easter. We really enjoyed the serenity of the location, the great view and the facilities. The rooms (suites) were very comfortable and big. The kids enjoyed the swimming pools and we loved the spa. I'm sure we would come back.”
Hotel Sirmione is uniquely located in Sirmione on the lake with clean renovated rooms. The people of the hotel and the area around the lake are kind as opposed to Venice where the people are not very kind. We visited Italy and have been to Lago di Garda (Sirmione) and Venice from Cyprus during August 2012.”
My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. It is a fantastic location they do a good breakfast, very good, young and friendly staff. Amazing views from the 4th floor. Standard of cleanliness was high. There were great unexpected bonus facilities like the shuttle bus to and complimentary use of the Bellagio Sporting Club and pool. There was also a 10% discount for the Hotel Du Lac restaurant, but I would really not advise this as the food was literally inedible. The only drawback with hotel was the mattress was not as comfortable as I would have liked, the bed was a little creaky and the wi fi was terrible. Overall however, we were very impressed with the hotel and found it good value also. The location and hotel really made our holiday in this very beautiful part of Italy.”

The hotel is located superbly once you take the boat which only costs Euro 18 each way. The night receptionist with the name Abdul is a really good and caring man, we arrived very tired at night after 6 hours drive from Innsbruck and I can say he made the welcome at ease. He was instrumental in making my hotel stay one of the highest.. I do recommend this hotel and Abdul the receptionist is really a true gentleman with great professionalism. Breakfast was more than enough and plenty and no waiting time. Parking infront of hotel is easy also. I do recommend this hotel and would like to go again. Other receptionists were good aswell but Abdul is just superb.”
