for the price, we paid, really good value. lovely room; good breakfast. cons: 20 minutes walk into town but we knew that when we booked. pool more a very large tub. lovely rooftop lounge area for balmy summer evenings would definitely stay again”
great staff, friendly and helpful. great location, lovely rooftop view, and views over the city wall are spectacular. Quiet, lovely rooms, comfortable beds, a selection of pillow types, pretty pool and spa with vaulted ancient ceilings and a nice warm pool with jets. steam room wasnt working, but c'est la vie. It's a bit expensive for breakast if not included in the price of the room (29e i think, unless you want to eat a mountain) so i went 1 minute away and had a lovely breakfast in the square which was gorgeous and was 5e.I would definitely reccommend this hotel.”
Good value for money. very helpful staff. good breakfast. as we were travelling in the weekend there was plenty on street free parking nearby. Very clean room, nicely decorated and well equipped. there's no glass botttom in the swimming pool showing any etruscan ruins' but both swimming pool and gym were very modern and well equipped. Easy to get to the center, as the hotel is very near the escalator to the historic centre. Wifi internet in lobby was not working, very slow. The two pcs they have available to guests working in the first day but not on the second one. They provided access too the office desktop, next to a printer, convenient to print boarding passes!”
Located ion the heart of the Town but with a good car park this hotel is ideal for a visit to Assisi.Once there you can do everything on fott...there are plenty of restaurants in Assisi but on of the best is right here in this hotel. Also there is an extensive Lounge /Terrace area with a bar to relax in after wandering through the very hilly streets.A real find is this hotel and well worth the small premium you pay over others nearby.”
Very Good Hotel For leisure and Family , you can enjoy your stay specially if you have children good place to relax and enjoy your time the staff is professional and helpful , the breakfast is rich , deserve the 4 star however it's a little bit far from the city if you don't have a car.”
The hotel was great as well as the personnel...Wendy was superb...it was close to a supermarket where one could buy some small items as well as food...as a matter of fact we had dinner at the supermarket and it was much cheaper than a restaurant. it was also not far from downtown St. Mary of the Angels and the transportation to Assisi was also superb...iwish I would had stayed longer. Definetely we will stay here again...”
It is very hard to choose between the two for scenery and this hotel is situated in a perfect position to really enjoy the best of Italian countryside. It was our third visit to the Bramante and even though slightly off season and devoid of tourists it remains a magical place. Set at the foothill of the hilltop town of Todi which is very easily reached via a free cliffside lift within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is comfortably furnished in a rustic Italianate style which is inviting in the reception and dining areas but which is now somewhat dated in the smallish bedrooms. Bathrooms small and coolishly modern. There is an outdoor pool and also spa facilities which we did not use this time. If you want a peaceful stay, check that there are no weddings at that time. Highly recommend this hotel and location as a base for seeing this beautiful part of Italy.”
This hotel is in a picturesque location a few kilometres from the centre of Todi. It has a resort feel with a great pool area overlooking fields and Todi itself. We spent till early afternoon relaxing there after checking out and driving to Rome. It is an ideal way to break a drive to Rome and the pool is a definite bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”
Cavaliere palace is a very well maintained traditional hotel. Dining areas for breakfast have huge high ceilings and attractive frescos. Hotel lacked ironing facilities (which I expected) but had very friendly staff looking after us. Rooms were spacious and had very comfortable beds. It's close to the main sights of Spoleto although be prepared for walking up hill to the main sights. Could be easier to take escalators up to the fort and then work your way down the city each day!”
This is a great hotel, very artistic and an easy walk downtown, set just to the side of town, easy access by car and free garage parking. Just walk down beautiful Via G. Matteotti into town center. Front desk was extremely friendly & helpful. Also very reasonably priced!! Would stay here again for sure!”
